Box Size Calculator is a free set of tools for anyone who ships physical products: online sellers, warehouse teams, makers and packaging buyers.

Choosing a box sounds simple until you're paying for it. Too small and it won't close. Too big and every order costs more in fill and dimensional weight. These calculators take the arithmetic out of it: enter a product size and get box dimensions you can order from, along with the numbers your carrier will use.

How the numbers are worked out

All calculations run in your browser; nothing you enter is sent anywhere. Board thicknesses, divisors and stock sizes are typical industry values. They're good for planning, but the final word on a size or a shipping charge belongs to your box supplier and your carrier.
